The traveller - in modern times, as in days of old - puts
themselves at the mercy of the four winds they might look
around at fellow travellers buying trinkets and souvenirs to
remind them of the place they are leaving, and they might
find themselves needing the opposite: to forget.
Hector MacInnes is a sound artist from the Isle of Skye on
the west coast of Scotland. He is interested in speculative
design practices, storytelling, sonic fiction and rural
futurism. He is one of the curators of the Bùth MhicNeacail
and is an artist in residence with the Highland Culture
Collective.
